Warm and open, my therapeutic style is grounded in curiosity and compassion. I work to transform typical therapeutic spaces into empowering environments that cultivate inner-knowing and greater connection. I work from humanistic and feminist theoretical orientations, meaning that I’m relational and collaborative as a therapist. I believe trust is built and shame diminished when we’re met with authentic connection. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodivergent affirming, and rooted in anti-oppressive practice. I honor where you want to go in our work together. You can expect a warm space for sharing, thoughtful questions, the sharing of insights, exploration of ideas, invitations to try new practices, and space to be your full self.
My clients tend to be people working toward greater embodiment, self and relational connection, and healing. Many want to strengthen self-trust, grow relational skills, and navigate life transitions. Those drawn to my practice tend to be healers and care workers, creatives, educators, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. I predominantly work with folks who are queer and/or neurocomplex. As an individual and couples therapist, I often work with people desiring more or different out of their relationships, as well as clients looking for support related to sexuality and identity.
