I provide affirming mental health care for LGBTQ+ adults who want a space where their identity is respected, understood, and never questioned. I work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, queer, questioning, asexual, and gender-expansive clients, including people with intersecting identities related to race, culture, disability, and neurodivergence. Many of the people I work with are navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, or identity-related stress shaped by living in systems that weren’t built with them in mind. I offer support around coming out, gender exploration or transition, relationships and family dynamics, internalized shame, and healing from LGBTQ+-related harm, while also helping clients build practical tools that actually fit how their brain and nervous system work. I’m a New York-based LMSW practicing under LCSW supervision, with experience providing LGBTQ+-affirming care in both therapy and psychiatric emergency settings, and my approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, collaborative, and consent-based.
My goal is to create a therapy space where you don’t have to educate your therapist, defend who you are, or shrink parts of yourself to receive care — just real, affirming support for real life.
