I am a trans therapist of color providing mental health services in California. Currently with Outcouch Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, my work is focused on supporting queer and trans people in exploring the complexities of themselves and the environment around them. I specialize in supporting queer and trans young adults, transgender people of color, and neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ people. I take an affirmative approach to support my clients in feeling a sense of ownership in order to navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma that can come with navigating life transitions. With experience working in community mental health, I am trained in providing therapy that addresses both internal and external needs and strengths.
