As a mental health professional, certified holistic life coach, and cancer survivor, I focus on helping others realize prioritizing themselves is a necessity, not an option. It is an honor and privilege to earn the trust to walk alongside my clients on their healing journeys—creating a supportive and collaborative space for growth, understanding, and self-compassion.
My therapeutic approach incorporates building mindful self-awareness, identifying negative thoughts, while learning practical skills to manage (not eliminate!) difficult emotions and memories. I work with adults (18+) and specialize in mood and anxiety disorders, grief/loss, trauma, chronic illness/survivorship, and LGBTQ+, or neurodivergent community.
Your emotions are valid and real, it’s not all in your head and you don’t need to apologize for how you feel! Counseling is a collaborative process built on mutual respect, a willingness to learn, and a readiness to do the work of making small, or sometimes big changes. We cannot change the past, so we will start where you are today!
