Virtual Group
A discussion and support group for LGBTQ+ men designed to provide a safe, affirming, and confidential space where we can come together in community. This group offers an opportunity to openly share our personal experiences, explore our unique challenges as LGBTQ+ men, and receive mutual support in a nonjudgmental environment.
Topics may include identity development, loneliness, relationships and dating, family dynamics, mental health, body image, spirituality, and navigating professional or social spaces.
In addition to addressing our common struggles, the group also emphasizes our resilience, empowerment, and celebration of diversity within the LGBTQ+ community. Members are encouraged to recognize and build upon their strengths, cultivate healthy coping skills, foster meaningful connections, and support each other’s personal growth.
The group intends to reduce isolation, enhance self-acceptance, and promote overall emotional well-being while honoring our varied backgrounds, cultures, and lived experiences.
