Are you ready to transform your thinking and improve your mood, relationships, and life circumstances?
I ’m Arthur Belmont, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. For more than 20 years, I’ve used Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals, couples, teens, and families create lasting, positive change. My practice focuses heavily on guiding clients through anxiety, depression, and anger, and I am proud to offer dedicated, specialized care for members of the LGBTQI+ and military communities.
My academic journey began at Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Communications, followed by a Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Long Beach.
Because mental health shouldn’t be limited by geography, I maintain active licenses in California, Florida, Michigan, and Texas, allowing me to connect with clients across these regions and globally via telehealth.
I offer therapy sessions and discussion/support groups for LGBTQ+ men that provide a safe, affirming, confidential space to come together in community. Group offers an opportunity to openly share our personal experiences, explore our unique challenges as LGBTQ+ men, and receive mutual support in a nonjudgmental environment.
In addition to addressing our common struggles, the group also emphasizes our resilience, empowerment, and celebration of diversity within the LGBTQ+ community. Members are encouraged to recognize and build upon their strengths, cultivate healthy coping skills, foster meaningful connections, and support each other’s personal growth.
