Hello, my name is Sarah and I also go by sea. I am a queer, nonbinary, relationship-anarchist. I worked in community mental health with people ages 3-21 and their families for about 10-11 years. In that time, I worked with many LGBTQ+ youth and their families, supporting people through a variety of difficulties and life transitions. I’ve been providing individual therapy via telehealth since February 2025 and have primarily worked with adults of all genders, sexual orientations, races, and ethnicities. I became an independently licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) this past January. In 2023, I obtained a grant and ran a workshop for trans/nonbinary/gender-questioning youth ages 13-17 to explore their gender and self identities through a variety of artistic mediums. In 2024, I co-presented an LGBTQ+ training with another clinician to direct care workers of a residential home for adolescents.
