I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and committed ally, offering a space where all identities, expressions, and lived experiences are respected, supported, and celebrated. I believe healing is deeply connected to the ability to show up as your full, authentic self.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, spirituality, race-related stress, and identity-related experiences, including gender and sexuality. This may include exploring identity, navigating coming out, working through experiences of stigma or rejection, and building a stronger sense of self and belonging. I approach this work with cultural humility, openness, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
I often draw inspiration from music, film, and the world around us—reminding us that healing doesn’t exist in isolation, but in connection to culture, community, and the moments that move us.
My goal is to create a calm, grounded space where you can show up fully, without fear of judgment or the need to filter who you are. I view therapy as both an emotional and cognitive journey—one that builds self-trust, deepens understanding, and supports you in living with authenticity and purpose.
