
I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMSW) providing affirming, inclusive therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices including CBT, ACT, and IFS to support meaningful and lasting change. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space where clients can explore identity, heal from past experiences, and build more connected and fulfilling lives.
