I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen and supported. I am committed to providing therapy through a decolonized lens that honors my client’s identities. I understand how these identities not only shape who we are but also how the world views and interacts with us. I have experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of intimate partner trauma, those navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and the unique experiences of being neurodivergent.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in the mind-body connection. I draw from person-centered therapy, narrative therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), while incorporating movement and body-based practices. I help clients move beyond intellectualizing emotions and instead reconnect with their bodies—because real transformation often happens when we allow ourselves to feel, not just think.
Outside of the therapy room, I am passionate about social justice and advocate for those impacted by systems of oppression. My goal is to make therapy a space where every person feels safe, valued, and empowered to live authentically.
If you are ready to begin your journey, or simply curious about what therapy might look like, I welcome you to reach out and start the conversation.
