I founded LivWell Counseling & Consulting, L.L.C. to provide more representation for those who feel minoritized and otherwise unseen in the mental health space. I have several years of experience offering holistic support to individuals with chronic illnesses, BIPOC communities, and those who identify as LGBTQ+/gender-expansive/sexuality-expansive. I take a trauma-informed and client-focused approach, tailoring therapy to the client’s specific needs. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/trauma, life changes, and cultural/Identity challenges.
