I know how scary it can be to start counseling, and I want to congratulate you on taking the first step. Every step forward is a meaningful one. You deserve to be fully seen and celebrated. If you’re ready to feel more understood, confident, and connected to yourself, reach out today to set up a free consultation. I’d be honored to walk this path with you!
You’ve been through a lot, and you deserve a space where you can finally breathe, feel safe, and begin to heal. Whether you’re navigating the lasting impact of childhood trauma, feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or lost, trying to make sense of life as an autistic, ADHD, or LGBTQ+ teen or adult, or a parent trying to break generational patterns and forge a new path for how they will show up as a parent, you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy will be tailored to your needs, giving you space to explore your experiences with gentle guidance. You’ll be completely accepted as you are—no judgment, no pressure—so you can grow into the most authentic, happy version of yourself. Together, we’ll tap into your inner wisdom and your sense of self.
You know yourself best. I’m here to help you reconnect with your intuition. In a supportive space, we’ll explore your emotions, build self-compassion, and focus on healing. Sessions often include emotional validation, inner child work, and tools for coping and regulation. Together, we’ll build resilience, strengthen boundaries, and create a fulfilling life.
About Me
As an AuDHD adult diagnosed later in life, I know what it’s like to spend years masking, misreading signals, and wondering why certain things feel harder than they “should.” Finally having language for it helped me untangle old patterns and find ways of moving through the world that actually fit. I bring that same curiosity and gentleness into the therapy room, helping you notice how your brain communicates, what supports it, and where it shines. You deserve a space built for neurodivergence.
If you grew up carrying your family’s pain, it’s easy to feel like you were the problem—especially when you noticed patterns no one else would. Generational trauma can leave you bracing, over-functioning, or feeling like the emotionally responsible one in every room. In therapy, we use tools like IFS to explore the parts of you that learned to survive and help them feel seen and supported. I trust your inner knowing to guide you toward the self you’ve always been becoming.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I understand how painful it can be to feel unsupported by the people who matter most. I also know the confusion, grief, and growth that can come with exploring your gender or identity. At the same time, there is so much worth celebrating. I love working with LGBTQ+ teens and adults, and I’m committed to creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. If you want a therapist who’s been in the trenches, I’m here to support you however you need!
