I am a queer woman and an associate-level therapist dedicated to providing affirming, collaborative, and evidence-based care. My lived experience as a member of the LGBTQ+ community informs my clinical work and deepens my commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space for all clients, particularly those navigating identity, belonging, and self-acceptance.
I hold two master’s degrees: one in Sport Psychology and one in Counseling. This dual training allows me to integrate performance-focused approaches with a strong foundation in mental health counseling, supporting clients across both personal and performance-related challenges.
My clinical work is informed by training in Brainspotting, which I incorporate when appropriate to support clients in processing trauma, emotional distress, and body-based experiences. I also engage in ongoing professional development to continue expanding my skills in trauma-informed and affirming care.
My primary areas of focus include:
LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and identity exploration
Sport and performance psychology
Body image concerns and self-esteem
I believe that therapy should be accessible, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I strive to meet clients where they are and work alongside them in a way that honors their lived experiences, values, and goals. Authenticity is central to my approach—I aim to show up as a real, engaged person in the room while supporting clients in doing the same in their own way and at their own pace.
I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity development, intersectional stressors, and the impact of societal pressures. I also work with athletes and performers seeking to improve focus, confidence, and performance consistency, as well as individuals working through body image concerns and developing a more compassionate relationship with their bodies.
My approach to therapy is grounded in respect, cultural humility, and collaboration. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe to be honest, explore difficult experiences, and build meaningful change aligned with their values.
