As a therapist, I believe that humans have an innate inclination toward growth and healing. I bring a steady, grounding presence into the room so we can work through hard things together at a pace that feels supportive rather than overwhelming. My goal is to foster a collaborative, accepting space where you can reconnect with your inner wisdom and navigate the ups and downs of life with greater clarity and confidence. I emphasize the cultivation of self-compassion due to my belief that healing becomes far more accessible with support, rather than judgment or self-criticism.
As a systemically oriented therapist, I find it essential to explore how we are shaped by the broader systems surrounding us, and how our relationships and connections create meaning. I hold the view that no individual is a “problem;” instead, each of us has adapted in ways that once helped us survive the injustices within our families, society, and culture. Therapy offers a space to understand those adaptations with compassion and begin choosing new possibilities. I strive to create an inclusive and affirming environment for those with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other socially marginalized identities, and I remain committed to continuous learning and growth as a clinician so I can better serve the communities I care about.
My work is heavily influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic, and Hakomi interventions, grounded in the belief that healing emerges through the connection between mind and body and through honoring the emotions that have long needed a place to land. Together, we can slow things down, listen inward, and begin building the kind of change that lasts.
I have a particular interest in supporting folks through difficult life transitions, whether high schoolers preparing to launch, individuals navigating shifts in faith, or partners seeking guidance during relationship changes. I especially enjoy working with clients who may have already begun a contemplative or self-reflective journey but find it challenging to translate insight into embodied change. Many come in with meaningful awareness of their patterns yet feel stuck in old cycles or disconnected from a sense of steadiness. Through openness and curiosity, therapy becomes a space to bridge the gap between understanding and lived experience, empowering you to move through life with greater clarity, and fulfillment.
