I’m Malina Blankenship, FNP, a family nurse practitioner providing compassionate, inclusive primary care to adults across the lifespan. I believe every patient deserves to feel safe, respected, and heard in the healthcare setting.
As an LGBTQ+ affirming provider, I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where patients can be open about who they are, their relationships, and their healthcare needs. My approach is collaborative and individualized—I want my patients to feel like active participants in their care rather than simply being told what to do.
I am a member of GLMA: Health Professionals Advancing LGBTQ Equality, an organization dedicated to advancing LGBTQ+ health equity and ensuring equitable, affirming healthcare for all. I am also certified in menopause management through The Menopause Society, reflecting my commitment to providing evidence-based, individualized care throughout the menopause transition and beyond.
My clinical interests include preventive and primary care, women’s health, menopause and hormone management, sexual and reproductive health, and chronic disease management. I am especially passionate about improving access to affirming healthcare and helping LGBTQ+ patients receive care that recognizes the whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Above all, my goal is simple: to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care where all patients and all families feel welcome.
