I’m Abbie, a clinical counselor located in Chicago. I am a Queer, femme, and feminist therapist providing competent and gender-inclusive care to clients of all identities and backgrounds. As a trauma survivor, and queer woman I know how challenging it can be to find adequate care that is compassionate, informed, and judgement-free. These are the reasons I have gone into this field. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University where I studied how our identities impact our mental health. I now work at Hartman Counseling + Consulting as an LPC providing services to all ages.
