Hey there, I’m Alyson Clarke(she/they)! I am a Black, Queer birthworker based in New York City, offering grounded, joyful support for folks making and growing families. My approach centers rest, ease, celebration, and joy—because birth can be intense, yes, but it can also be full of laughter, play, and deep calm. I have a Master’s in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Sciences and my graduation project focused on Queer experiences with pregnancy and birth. I am completing my full-spectrum doula training through Birthing Advocacy Doula Training, a Black owned, queer run doula training program. I am also a member of the Queer Doula Network.
