Amanda graduated from Emory University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Prior to physical therapy school, she worked as a personal trainer while completing her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology at Georgia Southern University. Amanda treats all orthopedic conditions, and has specialty training and certification in pelvic health physical therapy for all genders, pre and postnatal care, sports injuries, as well as vestibular dysfunction and dizziness. She completed her Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist certification (COMT) in 2022.
She utilizes manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to facilitate improvements in pain and function. Amanda is eager to provide clients with one-on-one, individualized care to help them reach their goals. She is an avid rock climber and enjoys traveling for bouldering and sport climbing. She is passionate about exercise in all forms, and has a background in long distance running, soccer, weight lifting, yoga, and pilates. She proudly supports LGBTQ+ patients with trauma-informed and gender-affirming care.
