My passion is helping individuals on their journey toward healing. I serve individuals, couples, and families of all varieties. I am a firm believer that love is love and that love can heal; my goal is to share that hope and passion with individuals, couples, and families within our local LGBTQ+ Community.
I have been trained to incorporate the influence of broader social and environmental factors within my evidence-informed and individualized practice and am currently seeking additional trainings and resources to ensure that my practice is and remains compassionate, inclusive, and healing.
Within my specialized graduate program, I was trained to utilize techniques in a variety of therapy models, specifically CBT and EFT for couples. I have specialized training in the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders and utilize Exposure and Ritual Prevention Therapy for the treatment of OCD and related anxiety disorders.
When working with children and families, I utilize Structural Family Therapy techniques to promote change in both children and their family ecosystems.
I am a collaborative therapist, viewing clients as equals in the treatment process and promoting the healing nature of the therapeutic relationship.
