I am a queer and neurodivergent-affirming therapist and I know how difficult it is to open up to a new therapist. You can expect a whole lot of respect when you come to a first session – I respect, so much, your decision to figure out if your life could feel more YOU. Maybe there is a way to move towards more of what serves you. Maybe there is a way to uncover how to feel like yourself. Instead of making any promises, I’d love to simply be open with you and see if there is something more to this life for you. I use some key approaches, like IFS (internal family systems); ultimately, the therapeutic relationship matters the most and I place this as my priority: to ensure you feel seen and heard. I’d be glad to meet you in a free consultation to see if I’d be the right fit for you.
