Therapy is a place to feel seen, build resilience, and reconnect with your truth. I hope to help ferry you across the river of uncertainty back to the loving home of yourself.
As a queer and gender-nonconforming, sober, and feminist LMSW, I deeply believe that many of our greatest struggles are simply normal responses to trying to survive in a world that can be unjust and unyielding. In our work together, we won’t just look at your pain; we will join hands to name the systems that created it. Side by side, we will pursue your autonomy and your liberation.
All are welcome here. I offer culturally humble, antiracist, queer- and femme-affirming therapy for adults seeking safety, clarity, and change. I welcome LGBTQIA+ people, artists, men exploring emotional fluency, and those navigating anxiety, depression, addiction/harm reduction, identity, or recovery from coercive and high-control influence. I love helping couples and ENM/poly partnerships explore how attachment and underlying emotions affect communication and connection.
In our collaborative work, we’ll look at the whole picture of who you are. We’ll explore how you connect with others, tune into what your body might be holding onto, and understand how your thoughts and habits shape your daily life. We might use creative tools, focus on staying present, or simply find what motivates you.
There is room here for all of it: the laughter, the tears, the messy uncertainty, and the “aha” moments. Your struggles make complete sense. With gentle curiosity, we’ll look at how you arrived at this moment and, more importantly, figure out what healing, stability, and living authentically look like entirely on your terms.
I offer virtual therapy in NY and NJ and am in-network with Aetna, Cigna, and Meritain Health.
