I use an eclectic combination of cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and interpersonal therapy through a person-centered and strength-based lens to guide you along your path to healing and overall well being. As someone who identifies with the LGBTQ community, I am especially passionate about using my lived experience and training to work with queer identifying clients, as well as those who would benefit from a sex positive, culturally sensitive and trauma-informed therapist.
