I am a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC) based in New York City offering LGBTQIA+ affirming, polyamory- and kink-informed care. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and spiritually integrative, supporting clients in exploring identity, healing attachment wounds, and cultivating deeper self-trust and embodiment.
I specialize in working with queer and gender-diverse adults, as well as those navigating nontraditional relationships, sexuality, and life transitions. I provide both talk therapy and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) for clients seeking profound emotional healing and altered-state integration. My work weaves together somatic practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and depth-oriented approaches with a strong emphasis on safety, consent, and personal sovereignty.
I identify as a queer woman and bring lived experience, cultural humility, and deep respect to my work with LGBTQ+ communities. I create a judgment-free space that honors each person’s unique path to wholeness, whether they’re unpacking internalized oppression, exploring spirituality, or reimagining connection in relationships.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have pursued additional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, sex therapy, and working with gender-diverse populations. I am also a member of the American Psychological Association and a volunteer with the Zendo Project, where I support harm reduction at festivals and community events.
My practice is inclusive, creative, and affirming of all identities. I welcome those seeking therapy that honors who they truly are.
