I worked extensively with the LGBTQ community throughout my doctoral program and training. I received regular education on culturally competent treatment and continue to do so consistently as an independently licensed clinical psychologist. Work with LGBTQ individuals around a variety of issues has been the focus of my career, and the majority of my clinical caseload comprises individuals who identify as members of the community. As a gay man myself, competent and dedicated care for the entire community is an essential value of mine. I strive to provide affirming and supportive individual therapy and psychological assessment to those in need. The agency for which I work (Modern Mental Health) places a strong emphasis on assisting underserved populations and marginalized groups.
