Bridget Farrell received a Doctor of Occupational Therapy from University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. She is the first Occupational Therapy LGBTQIA2S+ Health Fellow at UC Health, working primarily in an outpatient clinic. Her past experience includes community-based occupational therapy for youth with a history of foster care, where she gained skills in trauma-informed care, mental health, and program development. She has a passion for community care, including health promotion and prevention, and is currently growing skills in LGBTQ+ primary care. Bridget desires for all who identify as LGBTQ+ to experience safety and empowerment in their pursuit of health.
