While we strive to create to create a safe and welcoming environment for all patients, because we focus on facial feminization and gender confirming procedures over half of our practice identifies as transgender. Our staff is competent and comfortable with the full range of gender expression and sexual orientation. Dr. Rolfes is an active member of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health and an advocate for gender confirming care. He supports several local organizations that focus on providing healthcare for low income LGBTQ patients, and he has given lectures around the country on gender confirming care.
