I have been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since October 2021. I started my first NP position at UofL Urgent Care in October of 2021. As of 5/3/2022, I have started in primary care at Baptist Health Medical Group in Scottsburg, IN with my own panel of patients. I completed the Outcare certification training on 5/17/2022 and this is my only specific training to LGBTQ+ individuals at this moment. While working on obtaining my FNP, I completed clinical rotations with HIV/PrEP care at Eskenazi Health. I am working towards gaining as much training as I can with the LGBTQ+ population. Being bisexual myself, I am passionate about the type and quality of care offered to my fellow LGBTQ+ community. I have attended webinars presented by the Midwest AIDS Training & Education Center-Indiana. I have inspirations to open a primary care/urgent care that specializes in LGBTQ+ care in the next 2-3 years. In the meantime, I will care for everyone that I can at Baptist Health. An outstanding man beyond words. He treat’s all humans alike and is a huge blessing to our small community. Many members in the LGBTQIA+ community are mind blown to know there is someone who cares for them and their needs. HE IS A TRUE BLESSING.
