Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s not always easy to know where to begin. Colleen creates a warm, welcoming space where you can show up just as you are—whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, curious, or simply in need of support. Her goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and not alone as you navigate whatever you’re going through.
Colleen works with children, adolescents, and young adults, supporting those facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the many stressors that come with growing and changing. She also holds space for more complex experiences, including grief, identity exploration, and feelings of disconnection or overwhelm. Together, you’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, building insight and finding ways to feel more grounded and empowered in your daily life.
Colleen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with three years of experience in private practice. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Dominican University, with a focus on health and well-being. Her approach is collaborative, client-centered, and holistic, with a strong emphasis on being trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and neurodivergent-affirming. Colleen believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment—where your experiences are honored and your voice matters.
