I have a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University with specialized course work in Forensics and Addictions. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Forensics Counselor (CFC). I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Provider (CIMP) and currently working towards becoming an Advanced Clinical Services Specialist for ADHD and for Autism. I am a member of APSARD (American Professional Society for ADHD and Related Disorders), CHADD (Childhood and Adult ADHD), and have been a long time WPATH member (World Professional Association for Transgender Health).
I feel we are all unique as individuals and follow a blend of multiple theoretical approaches including CBT, DBT, MI, Narrative Therapy, and Affirmative Counseling. I have been practicing since 2016 but have been in the health care field since 2007. I aspire to provide a “safe zone” for the individuals I see that breeds an environment of free self-expression while assisting them in their journey to living a productive and fulfilling life. I believe in a whole health systemic approach to healing and wellness, mind, body, and spirit.
I am trained in WPATH Standards of Care and am also a vetted professional through Brave Space, LLC. I can offer behavioral health assessments and letter writing for hormone therapy and surgeries. I identify as Non-Binary (NB) and prefer the pronouns they/them. I would like to help you in your journey through support, guidance, and education.
