I am an openly gay man who has worked in health care as a social worker or therapist since 1990. I focused on HIV care from 1990-2001 and then had an opportunity to work in mental health. I have worked as a mental health therapist since then and have worked in inpatient and partial hospitalization programs. I work currently as an individual therapist.
