In practice, Dr. Le strives to create a safe, non-judgmental, trusting and comfortable space for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and behaviors. He believes that past experiences and relationships shape how one views and engages with the world today, and helps clients achieve insights about the origins of their symptoms. To achieve a deeper understanding of oneself, he also believes in providing clients with concrete coping strategies to help ease various emotional difficulties that may cloud how clients navigate life in the everyday and future.
Dr. Le helped me through some of the toughest moments in my life. I dealt with depression for years, much it stemming from my upbringing, which he helped me navigate over the past few years. He is down to earth, supportive, but challenges me to challenge my inner critic. I am so grateful for my work with David.
