I provide affirming, trauma-informed therapy for LGBTQ+ individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into deeper healing. As a licensed therapist with a background in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I specialize in helping clients understand and heal the internal “parts” of themselves that carry shame, anxiety, identity wounds, and relational pain.
My work is especially supportive for clients navigating identity exploration, coming out, religious or spiritual trauma, internalized shame, relationship challenges, and the long-term impact of feeling unseen or misunderstood. I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome, including the parts that feel conflicted about identity, belonging, or self-worth.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring a nuanced understanding of the intersection between spirituality and LGBTQ+ identity. I work with clients who are deconstructing or reconstructing their faith, healing from non-affirming environments, or seeking a more integrated and authentic sense of self.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and experiential. Rather than just talking about problems, we work directly with your internal system to create lasting change, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self-leadership. Clients often come to me after previous therapy experiences that didn’t go deep enough, and are looking for something more meaningful, effective, and transformative.
I offer telehealth sessions and strive to create a therapeutic environment rooted in safety, respect, curiosity, and empowerment.
