
Dina Bdaiwi, MS LMFT LPCC, is a licensed Psychotherapist in Southern California. Dina is particularly interested in decolonizing mental health, neurodivergent-affirming care, body liberation, trauma recovery, identity development, intergenerational healing, immigrant wellness, LGBTQIA+ mental health, and community-based approaches to healing.
Dina approaches therapy collaboratively, centering clients as experts of their own lived experiences. She incorporates storytelling, curiosity, gaming, film, music, humor, mindfulness, and somatic awareness while exploring the impact of culture, family systems, and social contexts on mental health. Her work emphasizes empowerment, self-compassion, and reconnecting clients with their values, communities, and sources of resilience.
Dina specializes in working with Teens, Young Adults, and Adults through individual, relationship, and family therapy. She has particular expertise in trauma and complex trauma, ADHD and autism, body image concerns, anxiety, depression, life transitions, cultural identity exploration, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and the unique experiences of immigrants and bicultural individuals. She is passionate about helping clients tear down systems of oppression, build meaningful connections, and cultivate lives rooted in authenticity and self-acceptance.
