Hello! I am passionate about working with anyone who is suffering, especially those who have survived trauma, including interpersonal trauma and cultural trauma (i.e., marginalization and systemic oppression). I love working with BIPOC and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as people with diverse spiritual beliefs (e.g., wiccans, pagans, and traditional indigenous cosmologies) and those who engage in consensual nonmonogamy (e.g., polyamory). I’m also kink friendly.

In session, I utilize therapeutic approaches and healing modalities that hold space for unconscious influences that may manifest through dreamwork, narrative therapy, and internal family system dynamics. I balance the internal realm with behavioral interventions, addiction recovery models, and other evidence-based approaches. Additionally, my trauma reprocessing skills include brainspotting and somatic psychotherapy. I have a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, especially in relation to healing, and I do my utmost to honor the body as teacher and guide in every session.

While I don’t accept insurance directly, your insurance plan may have out-of-network benefits, which means they will reimburse you for a portion of our session cost. With Thrizer, you only have to pay a co-pay for our sessions once you meet your deductible instead of paying my full fee and waiting for reimbursement.
