Dr. Ethan Payton (He/Him) is a board-certified family medicine physician with fellowship specialty training in LGBTQ+ Health. His clinical interests include LGBTQ+ primary care, HIV/AIDS, anal dysplasia, gender-affirming care, street medicine, addiction medicine, and STI prevention/treatment. Dr. Payton is passionate about providing excellent, evidence-based care to those of the gender and sexual minority experience.
Dr. Payton provides general primary care, gender-affirming care for adolescents and adults, contraception management (including placement/removal of IUDs and Nexplanon), HIV primary care, HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and doxycycline post-exposure prophylaxis (DoxyPEP), and anal cancer screening with high-resolution anoscopy.
