I am a queer Latina therapist with a background in clinical rehabilitation counseling. I lean into a strength-based approach that puts you in the driver’s seat. Some of my own strengths to support you include a strong understanding of disabilities, career counseling, life coaching, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. In my past positions, I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, relationship issues, and issues relating to LGBTQ+ identities, like figuring out oneself, coming out, facing criticism, and having a queer relationship. I have also successfully provided guidance and resources to individuals who are transitioning into adulthood, college, and their career. Beyond all else, if you’re ready to step through the door, I’m ready to meet you where you’re at.
