Dr. Chien is a very caring physician. He has been busy recently as compared with 5 years ago. But his demeanor hasn’t changed. He goes with the flow and understands the reality of my situation and helps the best he can without any judgements. Hard to find someone with a bright, optimistic outlook in this City and still be so grounded.
