I see Dr. C regularly for Prep. He has always made efficient use of my time and given me clear advice. He did accept anyone in the past decade who came through the door early on. But now he is restricting his practice to those with with good insurance with good coverage and to those where paying cash is not an issue. His practice looks like it is evolving. He sees a lot of good looking, successful people, along with creative types…. Very smart crowd who are looking for a down to Earth, anchored physician offering good medicine and a solid referral base. He is in a position to choose his patients… this is not a treadmill practice. If you are overly price conscious, I would probably look for another physician or go with an NP. But then you get the risk of bad advice or none at all.
