I help members of the LGBTQ+ community who struggle with issues of anger, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, grief, loss, identity, or ideas your sense of self and looking to develop insight and find a greater sense of independence and meaningfulness. I believe that to successfully achieve an optimal level of wellness, a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship must be established. I willing to serve as a wellness-guide offering, a second pair of eyes and ears that provides insight and skilling on how to navigate presenting challenges to achieve your desired wellness goals.
I offer a judgment free space for you to explore your issues and concerns. My goal is to help you develop insight, build resiliency and a path towards self discovery and independence. Depending on you need, I may employ an eclectic approach to our work, which include CBT, Mindfulness and psychodynamic therapeutic approaches.
