My name is Courtney Ballina and I run an independent direct primary care clinic as a nurse practitioner. I found that within the traditional healthcare system, it was very difficult to create an individualized treatment plan for my patients due to overwhelming barriers that did not allow for freedom of choice. I truly believe everyone is entitled to live in a manner that feels good to THEM, be it the clothes they choose to wear, the food they choose to eat, the people they choose to hang around with, as well as the medical treatments they do (or do not) want to participate in. My job as a provider is to understand who YOu are as a person, understand what your goals are, and help you develop a plan to meet those goals.
