I began my studies in LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy during my master’s courses in 2007. I have since trained hundreds of therapists around the state of Florida on basic ally competencies. Since opening my private practice in 2016, I have provided hormone assessments, surgery assessments, and/or affirming therapy to over 40 transgender and gender-expansive folx. I trained in transgender mental health at the Fenway Institute in Boston, and I am a WPATH professional member. I identify on the asexual spectrum, and am cisgender. My practice is a boutique practice with over 75% of my clients identifying as members of the LGBTQ community. I work with teens, adults, and seniors — ages 12 and up.
