I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles, with a specialization in LGBT Affirmative Psychotherapy. I completed my clinical training at the Los Angeles LGBT Center (the world’s largest LGBT organization), where I provided psychotherapy and worked with a diverse population of LGBT-identified individuals. After my training, I was hired as the Linkage to Care Supervisor for the Sexual Health and Education Program. In this role, I created and implemented a Los Angeles County grant to provide financial assistance in accessing PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis). After moving out of this position, I became a Medical Social Worker for Jeffrey Goodman Clinic, providing case management to people living with HIV. Once I left the Center, I took a position as a Primary Therapist at La Fuente Hollywood Treatment Center, an LGBTQ-specific drug and alcohol rehab. I opened my private practice in 2017, and now practice in Los Feliz and Echo Park.
