I aim to create a safe and affirming space for self-exploration where clients feel comfortable showing up exactly as they are. I deeply care about understanding the cultural, social, and political systems that inform my clients’ experiences and identities. I want each client to feel genuinely seen, heard, and empowered to explore their inner world.
My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-worth, relationships, parenting, LGBTQ+, ADHD, and holistic wellness.
