My client population consists primarily of transgender and gender diverse individuals. I work with those exploring their gender identity and expression and those whom this is “past tense” as far as therapy but are looking for someone who is informed and affirming. I identify as a queer, cis woman, though find myself not strongly attached to any of those labels. In the past, I was a member of WPATH and participated in a consultation team for those working with TG/GD clients. I continue to consult as needed with my colleagues and participate in continuing education relevant to the LGTBQIA+ population. I maintain my pledge with the GALAP organization (www.thegalap.org) to provide free letter writing services to those seeking medical transition. I offer Telehealth in Oregon and Florida, and in-person appointments in Beaverton, OR, with the mission to provide services where access to affirming mental health care may be limited. Clinical areas I work well with are depression, anxiety, OCD, and life transitions.
