My name is Jenn (she/they). I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA) and the Director of Behavioral Health at Mosaic & Healing Arts, the first family medical practice in Indiana to openly welcome the LGBTQ+ community. In my work I focus on the LGBTQ+ and larger community living with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other common mental health concerns. Meeting you where you are and providing a space where you are accepted, supported, and affirmed for your unique experience are foundational qualities to my practice. I have extensive experience working with folks who are finding meaning through their experience of gender and sexuality.
My clinical approach is from a trauma-informed, person-centered place, using an eclectic blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrated Creative Arts, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness, along with other modalities. I offer individual sessions and clinical groups as well as facilitating Transgender and Nonbinary/Gender Diverse peer support groups regularly through Mosaic.
Whether you are making meaning from your experience of gender, planning ways to live with enhanced authenticity, or desire a space to practice exploring their identity in new ways, it’s my passion to help you feel empowered to give voice to your unique story.
