I am one of the co-owners/co-founders of Evolve Physical Therapy of Rochester and have been a practicing physical therapist for 20 years. I have spent the past 14 years focused on pelvic health for all people of all ages and all identities. In our office, we practice trauma-informed care with everyone we meet. We work with people pre and post operatively for gender affirming surgeries as well as others in the LGBTQ+ community for concerns such as incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, and sexual pain/dysfunction. My goal is to make sure the patient feels heard and understood in a non-judgmental way so we can put the best plan of care together to help them meet their goals.
