Beyond just identifying as a gay/queer person, I have experience providing primary care for people of all ages, genders, and orientations. I have experience initiating and managing gender-affirming hormone therapy for people of any (or no) gender. I am happy to prescribe PrEP for any person who would benefit from it and happy to help people navigate the sometimes daunting process of getting insurance or patient-assistance coverage.
