Dr. Charette and staff run a top-of-the-line practice with the high quality work they provide as well as how they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to ensure you know you are in a safe environment with them.
I had full mouth restoration/work done due to an autoimmune disease I have that has wrecked my mouth. I spent many days and hours in the chair with Dr. Charette and staff. From the very first appointment, they had a letter board in the room welcoming me by my name. I was also asked my preferred pronouns.
Not once did I feel uncomfortable in this practice like I typically do at other medical provider offices. I knew I wasn’t being judged by how I looked, identified, or for any other reason.
I couldn’t ask for better results on how the work on my mouth turned out. Dr. Charette explained things in such great detail and allowed me to see plans in motion on the tv screen in the room and the different stages of the lab’s work.
I was in constant pain, having difficulties eating a lot of foods, and was just generally embarrassed by my smile prior to having the work done. Now, I can eat/chew anything without worrying about pain. I also smile and show my teeth in front of people now and in photos. I would recommend Dr. Charette to anyone that needs prosthodontics work done.
Dr. Charette installed my dental bridge back in March 2021. The office staff is very friendly, and they run a very clean operation. Dr. Charette is a very energetic, caring person. If I could, I would choose Dr. Charette for all of my dental care.
Note – Dr. Charette’s office is now located at 7807 Shelbyville Rd #202, Louisville, KY 40222.
