My journey in holistic health began in 2002. My clients have encompassed a full spectrum from pre-teen athletes to hospice. I am an ally of the LGBTQ+ community and have completed several trainings including LGBTQ+ Mental Health, Understanding and Supporting LGBTQIA+ Youth’s Mental Health in Primary Care and Liberty and Equity in the 21st Century. I’m open to working with clients 9 years-old and older. Through my massage therapy practice I discovered the healing that is possible for both myself and my clients. Inspired by the many years of personal narratives, shared with me during bodywork sessions, I continued my journey into mental health. Although I no longer have a Massage Therapy practice, I continue to treat family and friends. Healing of the whole person, mind-body-spirit, is central to my clinical practice. Exploring self-talk, physical wellness, inspiration, values, goals, and balance. I love my work, helping clients to discover, recover, and embrace their inner strengths, moving towards fulfillment and joy is a privilege. I am always eager to learn and train, finding different ways of approaching my work to provide for optimum care. Those closest to me know me as an ardent mom and wife, a traveler, and an arts inspired social equality loving creator.
