I have been out as a bisexual woman since high school, and formed a family with my wife and our child. It was the birth of our child that inspired my career change to lactation and infant feeding. I am proud and honored to serve all the families I have the opportunity to support during their journeys. My own experience, in addition to my loved ones, clients and colleagues who are also part of the queer community is not enough on its own. I also regularly complete continuing education to ensure I am up to date in providing supportive and inclusive care to the families I serve.
